Cut the potatoes in cubes. The smaller the cubes, the crunchier the potatoes.
Add potatoes to your baking dish or tray (I use a cast iron pan). Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the spices on top of them. Toss them until they're evenly coasted in the oil and spices. They should be slightly wet to the touch.
Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes. Flip them once for more even browning and to check how fast they are baking.
