Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- Smoked Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180-200 °C
- Cut the cauliflower up into manageable pieces.
- Dump cauliflower into baking dish or directly onto a baking tray (I use a cast-iron pan). Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the spices over it. Mix everything until the cauliflower is evenly coated in oil and spices. The cauliflower should be slightly wet to the touch.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes. Flip the cauliflower halfway through for more even browning and to check how fast they're cooking. They're done when you can easily poke a fork into their stems.
