Pasta with Spinach, Blue Cheese, and Sunflower Seeds

Preparation
Set the pasta to boiling. Time spent boiling will depend on the type of pasta used. Packaging typically has instructions if you're unsure.
In a separate pan, begin wilting the spinach. Add the spinach in stages so the pan doesn't get overwhelmed.
In another small pan, roast the sunflower seeds.
Strain the pasta and sprinkle it with MSG. Toss to coat evenly.
Add the spinach, sunflower seeds, and pasta to one pan, then add the blue cheese. You may need to put the mixture on a low fire to melt the cheese. Mix the pasta, seeds, spinach, and cheese. I recommend adding the blue cheese in stages, letting the first stage melt completely, and taking the pasta off the fire before the second stage of cheese is melted completely, so there's little chunks of blue cheese in your pasta.
